Had an amazing vacation with friends! We explored local crafts along the quieter streets and enjoyed the street performers at Jackson Square. The breathtaking St Louis Cathedral was a highlight. The room was comfortable and the staff was great. Don't miss out on the happy hour burgers – they're fantastic!

This place suits me perfectly! I enjoy the rooftop pool, fitness center, and 24-hour reception. The staff even helped me return my forgotten headphones during my first stay. Highly recommend it for a relaxing time!

The location near downtown is fantastic, just a short walk to great restaurants and attractions. The staff at the bar were friendly and attentive, making it a nice spot to unwind in the evenings. However, the check-in process was frustrating. I stood in a long line and the front desk staff seemed overwhelmed. My room wasn't ready for an hour after check-in time, which really set a negative tone. Also, the Internet was unreliable during my stay. I mentioned it to the front desk, but they didn’t seem to take it seriously. The room was large and clean but felt quite dated, especially the carpet, which looked worn. The amenities could use an update too, especially the pillows, which were uncomfortable.

The rooftop pool provides great city views, and the complimentary cookies each night added a sweet touch to our stay. Had a wonderfully relaxing evening lounging by the pool with city lights around us.

Solo traveler’s experience, not bad but could be better

The Northon guy at the desk was fantastic, made me feel special when checking in- that’s the kinda service you expect. And when I got to my room, it was big and comfy, usually I check for cleanliness but, it was like they knew I was coming.

It wasn’t inexpensive but I guess for what I got, it was alright, could be worse.
